📜 Which leader proclaimed the Provisional Government of Free India (Azad Hind) in Singapore on 21 October 1943?

Founded on 21 October 1943 during World War II, the Azad Hind government was led by Netaji, who was also its head of state. It claimed authority over Indian civilians and soldiers in British colonial territories in Southeast Asia and was linked with the Indian National Army (INA).
