📜 *Who wrote “Poverty and Un-British Rule in India”* , which put forward the ‘Drain Theory’?

Answer: Dadabhai Naoroji

Known as the “Grand Old Man of India”, he argued in this 1901 book that British rule was draining India’s wealth to Britain. He served as Congress President three times and was elected to the British House of Commons from Finsbury Central in 1892.
