Roshibina Devi won silver in the women’s 60kg Sanda event at the Asian Games 2026 after losing to China’s Zhang Xiaoyu in the final.
Roshibina was added to India’s squad at the 11th hour, has now won medals at three successive editions of the Asian Games.
The 25-year-old Indian lost 2-0 to the People’s Republic of China’s Zhang Xiaoyu in the final at the Aichi Prefectural Martial Arts Hall.
Roshibina made her first Asian Games podium with bronze at Jakarta 2018 before upgrading to silver at Hangzhou 2023 and matching that result at Aichi-Nagoya 2026.
