7. BRS president and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has convened an emergency joint meeting of party MPs, MLAs, MLCs and state executive committee members at Telangana Bhavan, the party’s headquarters on March 10.
8. Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar has decided that his party will not play the role of opposition in Nagaland and it accepts the leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio in the state where BJP is NDPP’s ally.

2. Air India Express cabin crew member named Shafi Sharaf was arrested at Cochin International Airport on Tuesday for smuggling 1.49-kg gold.
3. Two people were stabbed to death and five others were injured following a quarrel in west Delhi’s Mundka on Wednesday.

1. Maharashtra Deputy CM & Finance Minister Devendra Fadanvis to present Budget for year 2023-24 in Vidhan Sabha at Mumbai.
2. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) launched a mission — “Har Payment Digital” – with the aim of making every citizen in the country a user of digital payments. This mission would run till the period of Vision 2025, with an intention to convert the non-users into users of digital payments. Vision 2025 has its theme as “E-Payments for Everyone, Everywhere and Everytime.
3. The government has said that Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 will apply to trade in crypto currencies or virtual assets. In a notification, Ministry of Finance has said that the exchange between virtual digital assets and fiat currencies, the exchange between one or more forms of virtual digital assets and the transfer of virtual digital assets will be covered under money laundering act.
4. On International Women’s Day, the Kerala government raised the loan limit for women entrepreneurs to ₹50 lakh from ₹25 lakh with a 5% interest from April 1 under the ‘WE Mission-Kerala’ initiative of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation.

1. Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya has levelled fresh allegations against the actor, calling him an ‘irresponsible father’. Aaliya alleged that Nawaz’s male manager hugged their daughter ‘inappropriately’ several times even after objections.
2. Rumours are rife that actress Sai Pallavi has joined the cast of Pushpa: The Rule, the second part of action thriller. The first movie of the franchise was Pushpa: The Rise. Buzz is that, the actress will be playing a crucial role in the film alongside Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna. An official announcement of the same is still awaited.

1. Australia Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese to be given Guard of Honour at INS Vikrant at 4 PM.
2. The Indian Army has proposed the acquisition of an indigenous Advanced Towed Artillery Gun System (ATAGS) to fill critical capability gaps in high-altitude regions. The proposal is expected to be approved by the Ministry of Defence, after which orders can be placed for 310 towed guns.
3. The Indian Air force cycling team participated in a Cycling Race organised by Air Force of Sri Lanka. The three-day Cycling Race of 395 kilometres was held to commemorate the 72nd Air Force Day in Sri Lanka.
4. Indian Navy ALH, on a routine sortie off Mumbai, met with an accident close to the coast on Wednesday. Three personnel on board made an emergency landing, and were rescued by a naval patrol aircraft.
