1. PM Modi spoke with Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, on Saturday and discussed the ongoing conflict in West Asia. Both leaders agreed on the need to ensure freedom of navigation and keeping shipping lines open and secure.
2. The Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal met Senior Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Barbados Christopher Peter Sinckler in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The meeting was held on the sidelines of 14th Ministerial Conference of World Trade Organisation (WTO).
