1. Adani Group on Sunday issued a 413-page response after being accused of “stock manipulation and accounting fraud” in a report by Hindenburg Research. Adani likened the allegations levied by the US short-seller Hindenburg Research to a “calculated attack on India”.

3. A band from Indian Navy performed the ‘Ekla Chalo Re’ tune at the Beating Retreat ceremony held at Vijay Chowk in Delhi. The ceremony, which is held on January 29 every year, marks the culmination of the four-day Republic Day celebrations. A total of 29 tunes were performed by Indian Army, Navy, Air Force and Central Armed Police Forces’ bands.
4. The black box of Mirage 2000 and a part of the flight data recorder of Sukhoi-30 MKI fighter jet have been recovered after the two jets crashed in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district on Saturday. The IAF’s two frontline combat aircraft reportedly crashed during an exercise. The pilot of the Mirage died, while the two pilots of the Sukhoi ejected safely.
