1. Indian Railways to launch Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train on Feb 17, between India and Nepal from New Delhi.

2. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that India is hoping to promote active institutional linkage with its partner countries to set up top foreign universities campuses in India.

6. More Than 20 US States Ban TikTok On Government Devices Over Security Risks. On Thursday, the governors of Wisconsin and North Carolina signed orders banning TikTok on government devices. Ohio, New Jersey and Arkansas also took similar actions earlier this week.
