1. Bhutan Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay Begins Official Visit to India. The four-day visit mainly focuses on the Consecration Ceremony of the Royal Bhutan Temple at Rajgir, Bihar.

2. German Foreign Minister Johann David Wadephul arrived in New Delhi following his engagement in Bengaluru as part of his two-day official visit to India.

3. The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) launched its new initiative, BHARATI, to boost India’s agri-food exports. Union Minister for Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, chaired the meeting along with Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Chirag Paswan and the UAE’s Minister of Foreign Trade, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, in New Delhi.

4. Migrants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan belonging to six minority communities — Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi — who entered India on or before Dec 31, 2024 on a valid passport or travel document or where such validity has since expired — will be exempt from penal action under the Immigration and Foreigners Act 2025, which came into force since Monday.

2. Russian President Vladimir Putin said he is open to meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy if Zelenskiy comes to Moscow.

6. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Russian President Vladimir Putin held bilateral talks on the sidelines of a military parade in Beijing. During their meeting, Kim expressed appreciation to Putin for praising his troops fighting for Russia and vowed to strengthen bilateral ties.
