1. The Parliament passed two Bills:
(a) The Constitution (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Orders (Second Amendment) Bill, 2022.

(b) New Delhi International Arbitration Centre (Amendment) Bill, 2022.

2. The Lok Sabha passed ‘The Supplementary Demands for Grants – First Batch for 2022-23 and Demand for Excess Grants for 2019-20.

3. Government has decided to make a digital process for horticulture projects and provide approval in just 45 days. It will ease farmers in getting projects without delay across the country.

4. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena today chaired a high-level meeting to review and take stock of the preparations in the National Capital in the run-up to the G-20 Summit.

Actor Shahrukh Khan, Deepika’s effigies set on fire in MP over ‘Pathaan’ newly released song.

Activists of Veer Shivaji Group on Wednesday staged a protest against ‘Pathaan’ and its song ‘Besharam Rang’ in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The activists gathered at a road intersection and set effigies of Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan on fire. They demanded a ban on the film, alleging the Hindu community is offended by the content of the song.
