CRIME REPORT

1. Veteran actress Veena Kapoor (74 years) allegedly murdered by her son due to property dispute; accused Sachin Kapoor and servant Chhotu alias Lalukumar Mandal have been arrested by Juhu Police in connection with the case.

2. CBI questions Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar’s daughter Kavitha in connection with Delhi Liquor Policy scam.

The CBI on November 25 filed its first charge sheet in the case against seven accused including AAP’s communications chief Vijay Nair and Hyderabad-based businessman Abhishek Boinpally.

3. Two students were killed and 47 others injured on Sunday night when their bus overturned in a hilly section near Khopoli town in Raigad district of Maharashtra while they were returning from a picnic in Lonavala.

1. The first G20 Finance and Central Bank Deputies (FCBD) meeting is scheduled to be held from 13th to 15th December 2022 in Bengaluru. It will be hosted jointly by the Ministry of Finance and the Reserve Bank of India.

4. Russia, which made up for just 0.2% of all oil imported by India in the year to March 31, 2022, supplied 9,09,403 barrels per day of crude oil to India in November. Russia now makes up for more than a fifth of India’s oil supplies.

2. Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said the performance of the booster motor made by Economic Explosives Ltd for its PSLV-XL rocket was satisfactory. The Indian space agency tested the booster motor called PSOM-XL at its rocket port in Sriharikota on Wednesday.
