The Land Of Festivals

Diversity Of Festivals, India Celebrates:
Blessed are the ones born in India, for India is full of diverse religions, cultures, traditions, and races, and with that come many festivals. Festivals are a time when families and friends come together, share stories with lots of laughter and fun.

Festivals Strengthens Relationship Bonds
It is a time when different generations of the same family step up and celebrate a function together. With elders sharing their wisdom, younger ones running errands within their capacity, filled with pride of successfully doing a task, and the middle generation bringing it all together.

India is a country where it is almost impossible to get lost, because these festivals, full of life, colors, and works, knock at your door every 3-4 months, and they will remind you of your roots and also what you are capable of in the coming times.

SpillOver Benefits Of Celebrating Festivals
It teaches you to love beyond the border to spread it all around you. It reminds you of what actually matters, it heals you if you break, and it guides you when you lose sight of important matters. And after the celebration, you come back rejuvenated and ready to conquer the world.

This is the one reason why smartphones and AI have captivated the world and weakened the human bonds, especially in Western countries. Still, India is resilient because we have each other. Even though many younger ones are under its influence, their core, their humanity, is intact because of the festivals and the strong bond it reaffirms every time they celebrate a festival together.

Just like yesterday, Raksha Bandhan- a beautiful rakhi tied by a sister to her brother or someone she sees as her protector is heart-warming. The soldiers on our borders receive rakhi from millions of girls and women from every part of India. This shows our solidarity and how we appreciate each other’s presence and contribution in our lives. No one goes unnoticed.

Not even seasons in India. We have a festival associated with each season, like the rainy season is Saavn when we worship Lord Shiva, the destroyer and the creator of the universe.

Blessed India
Beautiful is our faith, for we worship god, we worship nature, we worship animals, plants, pebbles, we worship the god we see in every relation.

Hence, it is truly a blessing to be born in India, and every time a festival comes, it heals a part of one’s soul, and there are songs of love and devotion all around, a loud and silent reverence rising to God.
