Introduction to Stealing:
Stealing has multiple layers, just like the truth. We may presume that stealing is a weakness of the poor and only poor people steal to earn their livelihood, but it is not so. Most of the successful people are still stealing, and they are doing it unknowingly.
That is exactly why we need to understand stealing in depth. So, knowingly or unknowingly, we do not create karma of stealing for ourselves.
Different Types Of Stealing:
There are various types of stealing:
Material Stealing:
The most common form of stealing is material stealing. When somebody steals something that does not belong to them. But do you know that even if you create a thought of taking somebody’s stuff without telling them, even then, you are creating a karma of stealing. This is how karma works even at such subtle levels.
Financial Stealing:
Similarly, if you are borrowing money and not returning even if you have well to do later, or underpaying your house helper or vegetable vendors, that too is financial stealing. These kinds of acts will manifest in your life as financial problems. Hence, if you are not generous, then at least always make sure to pay the right amount for goods and services that you consume.
Emotional Stealing:
Emotional stealing refers to not being there for your family and friends or even strangers who ask you for help or time. Since you already have parents, siblings, life partners, or children, you can not shrug off your responsibilities, and if you do, that is stealing and the karma will be relationship problems.
Intellectual Stealing:
In the 21st century, this is one of the most exploited forms of stealing by people, i.e., people plagiarize or take credit for works that have not been done. The whole internet is flooding with information, and people are randomly taking credit for work that they have not done. This will manifest in your life as obstacles in your career growth.
Sexual Stealing:
It not just refers to the normal deceiving in the relationship to your partner but rather if you even get the thought of other’s partner as your own, it shows instead of being guided by heart chakra you are letting your lower chakras dominate, and this will manifest as separation and perhaps create vacuum in your relationship dimension until you consciously fix it.
Refrain From Creating Karma Of Stealing
Now that you have understood the different types of stealing in depth, make conscious choices. Do not let the karma of stealing tear holes in the beautiful life you have created for yourself. Seek the guidance of God, guru, and higher beings in the process.
