Seven-time Grammy winner Randy Brecker and two-time Grammy winner Peter Erskine reunite for the first time in over two decades—since their Grammy-winning collaboration in 2003—for a landmark performance at NCPA Legends. Known for shaping the sound of jazz, fusion, funk, and R&B, Brecker’s commanding trumpet meets Erskine’s inventive, genre-defining drumming in a musical reunion that marks their India debut.
Joining them on stage is a powerhouse international ensemble: Venezuelan pianist Otmaro Ruiz, whose lyrical and Latin-infused jazz has garnered critical acclaim; saxophonist Yaacov Mayman, known for his richly textured tone; and bassist Richie Goods, the youngest inductee into the Pittsburgh Jazz Hall of Fame.
Together, this quintet brings an exciting evening of an unmatched jazz experience. Don’t miss your chance to power packed performances of these legends of jazz in their India debut at the NCPA.
