And the clashes are not just tearing society apart, but rather the whole world is burning. Did you read about the suicide attack that happened in Pakistan, where 16 Pakistani soldiers were killed? Did you see Iranian Abbas Araghchi mourning at the coffin of Guards commander Hossein Salami in Tehran? Did you see the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip digging through the sand to bury killed children and their parents?
It is really hard to say where exactly we are heading, but that does not mean any of us should close our eyes to atrocities happening around us just because we cannot make a difference at the international level.
It is our responsibility as citizens of the world to do what we can at the individual, societal, national, or international levels based on our capacity and reach to make positive change in the world. It is high time we take up the long overdue responsibility of the planet Earth and work together towards harmony, growth, and the well-being of Mother Earth.
For it is not long before this fuming planet will give in, and all the life around will be lost for millennials. It is time to take appropriate measures for nature instead of just making artificial rain in Delhi under the foul cry of pollution.
