External.
External is quite easy to identify as it is quite explicit whereas internal is like a room full of
treasure, if only you can find a key to it, you will be able to so drastically change each and every
aspect of your life.
Remember the key to change is “your thoughts.” you need to work on your thoughts even
before you start working towards your goal. Your goal can be anything like reducing weight,
getting a promotion, clearing a competitive exam, mastering yoga, learning a new skill, better
managing your family, etc.

Simple Question
For instance, there was a woman who had been fat her entire childhood and adulthood, and
suddenly in her 50’s she one day wanted to reduce weight, no external stimuli, though there had
been for years: her family and friends have tried to inspire her to live a healthy life and to do
weight management but she never paid any attention to them.
But today when she wanted to lose weight, people mocked her and did not support her. These
external challenges were of no significance because, in the goal of weight reduction, she had
already conquered her inner challenge of making a decision to be a healthy person.
