1. PM Modi will visit Tokyo on September 27, 2022, to attend the State Funeral of former Shinzo Abe. During the visit, he will hold a bilateral meeting with Fumio Kishida.

2. The APEDA has facilitated the export of first contingent of plant-based meat products under vegan food category from Gujarat to California, US.

The promotion of these products will be done without disrupting the conventional animal-based meat export market.

1. South Korea and the United States began their first combined naval exercise near the peninsula in five years on Monday, a day after Pyongyang conducted a ballistic missile launch.

2. Six Pakistan servicemen were killed in a helicopter crash in southwestern Pakistan, the second deadly chopper incident in just over a month.
The helicopter went down near Khost, a small town in Balochistan province bordering Afghanistan and Iran.

3. Bangladesh Boat Tragedy Death Count Climbs To 51:: A small boat packed mostly with women and children on their way to a popular temple flipped over on Sunday in a river as onlookers screamed from the shore.

Rescue workers recovered 26 more bodies on Monday after a boat carrying religious pilgrims capsized in Bangladesh, taking the death count to 51 with at least a dozen people still missing.

4. 15 Dead In Russia School Shooting, Gunman Kills Himself. The death count has risen to 15 people, including 11 children.

According to investigators, the attacker “was wearing a black top with Nazi symbols and a balaclava” when his body was discovered. He was later identified as a local man born in 1988, who graduated from the school.

5. Iran province have arrested 450 people during more than 10 days of Anti-Hijab protests following a young Kurdish woman’s death in morality policy custody.

6. NASA said it will roll its giant moon rocket off its launchpad in Florida and back to the assembly building to protect the vehicle from an advancing Hurricane Ian, whose strengthening winds are forecast to lash the Kennedy Space Center later this week.
