NAGALAND : The central government has extended the ceasefire agreement with National Socialist Council of Nagaland (K) Niki group, a break-away faction of the Nagaland insurgent group NSCN, by another year. The decision was announced by the Union Home Ministry on Wednesday. NSCN (K) Niki is led by Niki Sumi, who is accused of killing 18 Indian soldiers in Manipur in 2015.

1. Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that the production of food grains in the country is estimated at over three thousand 157 lakh tonnes in 2021-22, which is higher by 50 lakh tonnes as compared to 2020-21.
