2. Israeli forces killed three Palestinian militants and injured dozens in a shootout during an arrest raid in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday.
3. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met South African President Cyril Ramaphosa at an airforce base in Centurion on Tuesday. Blinken, who is on a three-nation tour of Africa, later left for Congo.
