When you are hurt, take time off. Maybe longer than you intend to. I understand that is absolutely a no-no in the world of Instagram. But do it anyway. Because you are hurt. It is not going to be easy but showing up for yourself is what you need now.

Today we are aware of the process of childbirth, nuclear fusion, architecture, woodcraft, and mechanisms of politics. But how aware are we of the process of healing? And how openly do we discuss it in public?

Sometimes, we sink so low in our denial that we don’t acknowledge it in front of ourselves. We hide it from our own shadows as if we can really hide it. Like the ostrich who dips his head in the sands to hide from predators, creating the illusion that it has disappeared and is safe now.

What we need is not the creation of an alternative reality but rather to own the reality no matter how depressing it is. Take the time off to clear your mind. Go on a tour. Change your lifestyle.

Join different societies and dance groups.

You are so indulged in your thoughts and emotions that you have started believing that is who you are. But are you?
