5. At least 50 people found dead in an abandoned truck on the outskirts of San Antonio, Texas. It is believed to be the worst recent case of migrant deaths due to smuggling in the US. Mexico’s Foreign Minister confirmed 22 Mexicans, 7 Guatemalans and 2 Hondurans are among the dead.

6. Sudan decides to file formal complaint to United Nations Security Council (UNSC) against Ethiopia over killing of seven Sudanese soldiers and a citizen held as captive.
