My Dads Daughter book release

Life may seem returning to normal post covid for most of us but the families who lost their loved ones to covid are still trying to reconcile with the fact of loosing their loved ones.

My Dad’s Daughter is one such story. The book is written by Divya Gupta Kotawala (herself a Modernite) as a tribute to her father, Suresh Gupta.

Mr. Suresh Gupta was a first generation successful businessman & was an alumni of prestigious Modern School and St. Stephens College.

Modern school old students association (MSOSA) executives were present in support of this noble cause.

The book was released by Justice Sanjay K. Kaul, Mr.Amitabh Kant, Niti Ayog &
SY Quraishi, Former, Election Commissioner all happen to be family friends of late Mr.Gupta.

In their address they shared bonding and long association with Suresh Bhai (as they fondly addressed) and how he use to keep his School or College functions going.

Mr. Suresh Gupta’s classmate from school Mr. Samir Mathur (IAS) in his eloquent style and chaste hindustani recited a poem in memory of Suresh, he invested his time first to think, then sit and write. Then to drive down and recite. Time is essence of life. These are the ethos of a Modernite.
