1. 7th edition of Raisina Dialogue begins in New Delhi;
European Commission President asserts strengthening partnership with India is priority in upcoming decade. The Raisina Dialogue 2022, based on the theme “Terranova- Impassioned, Impatient, Imperilled”
According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the dialogue, which will be held over three days from April 25 to April 27, will witness the participation of European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen as the chief guest.

3. External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar discussed trade, connectivity, culture and training cooperation with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Delhi.

1. Elon Musk To Buy Twitter For $44 Billion
Twitter announced the $54.20-per-share deal after a meeting with its shareholders. The deal comes just four days after Musk unveiled a financing package to back the acquisition. “Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” Musk said in a statement released by Twitter.”I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots and authenticating all humans.”
The publicly traded firm will now become a private company owned by Musk, who negotiated a purchase price of $54.20 per-share, Twitter said.
