Amruta Dayal, daughter of actor Amitabh Dayal and producer-director Mrunalinni Patil, is a talented singer and she recently launched her YouTube channel with her friend Duane Bird.
Amruta’s father Amitabh Dayal passed away in February and Amruta, who had stopped singing for a long time, wants to revive her career in singing. She says, “My father wanted me to continue singing. I had stopped practising singing for the last eight years. But, now, I want to revive my career and pursue art with my whole heart and soul. I started singing with my close friend Duane – created this page on Instagram.”
Amruta added, “I want to complete my education now. And I also want to sing seriously because it gives me immense satisfaction and I have started posting covers and will soon post new original music on our page. Duane also teaches me music and at the same time, we both collaborate and put up new things on our page. I feel I am fulfilling my father’s wish and music connects souls. It heals mine too. ”
The young singer wants people to support her in the journey. She says, “My father was an actor and he did many films like Viruddh and Kagaar and Rangdari. But at the end of the day, he was a pure hearted, good human. I look forward to singing now and doing well in my career and life. And somehow also help people along the way. In any and every way possible. “
