1. Over 127 crore 61 lakh doses of COVID vaccines administered in country so far; Recovery rate stands at 98.35%

4. ADHRA PRADESH: Former Governor of Tamil Nadu and former Chief Minister of the unified State of Andhra Pradesh Konijeti Rosaiah passed away in Hyderabad in the early hours of December 4 after a brief illness. Rosaiah, 88 years, was one of the most senior Congress leaders.
5. HIMACHAL : Union Sports and Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur on Sunday said that Himachal Pradesh has become the first state in the country to achieve the target of 100 per cent COVID-19 vaccination for its eligible population.
6. J&K :Former J&K CM Farooq Abdullah addressed a crowd on Sunday and said that they will have to “make sacrifices” to restore Articles 370 and 35-A in the state. Citing an example of the farmers’ protest, Farooq said, “The Centre had to revoke the three farm bills when farmers made sacrifices. We may also have to make sacrifices like that.”

11. Internet, SMS services suspended in Nagaland’s Mon district. A day after the reported civilian killings in Nagaland’s Mon district by security forces, the state government on Sunday prohibited all mobile internet, data services, bulk SMS of all providers in the entire area of Mon district with immediate effect.
12. UTTARKHAND : PM Modi launches projects worth Rs 18,000 cr in Dehradun; Travel time between Delhi, Dehradun to come down by half from existing 6 hrs.
13. The seven projects inaugurated by PM Modi focusing on making travel safer by tackling the problem of chronic landslides in the region. He also inaugurated the 120 MW Vyasi Hydroelectric Project, built over Yamuna river at the cost of over 1,700 crore rupees, along with a Himalayan Culture Centre in Dehradun.
14. The 11 projects for which foundation was laid include the Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor which will be built at a cost of around 8,300 crore rupees. It will significantly reduce the travel time from Delhi to Dehradun from six hours to around 2.5 hours. It will have Asia’s largest wildlife elevated corridor of 12 kilometres for unrestricted wildlife movement. It will also boost inter-state tourism.

24. 11th edition of Exercise EKUVERIN between India and Maldives to be conducted at Kadhdhoo Island from 06 Dec. It will conclude on the 19th of this month.
