7. PM Modi has lauded hockey player Rupinder Pal Singh for his contribution to Indian hockey. In a letter to him, PM said he read a post of Mr Singh, where he has annouced his retirement from Indian hockey team. PM in his letter highlighted Singh’s stellar role in the Tokyo Olympics.
