One can attain knowledge by yoga. there is no strength as yoga. Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.

Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain.

Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Consistent bedtime yoga routine can help you get in the right mindset and prepare your body to fall asleep and stay asleep.

PRANYAMA
PRAN (BREATH CONTROL) IS PRANYAMA You control the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath and hold.
The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind. It also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins. This is meant to provide healing physiological benefits. pranayama can promote relaxation and mindfulness. It’s also proven to support multiple aspects of physical health, including lung function, blood pressure, and brain function.

MENTAL HEALTH: “Pranayama is an art and has techniques to make the respiratory organs to move and expand internally, rhythmically and intensively. It consists of long, sustained flow of inhalation (puraka), exhalation (rechaka), and retention of breath (kumbhaka).

Puraka stimulates the system; rechaka throws out vitiated air and toxins; kumbhaka istributes the energy throughout the body…. This disciplined breathing helps the min to concentrate and enables the sadhaka to attain robust the health and longevity.

Yoga supports stress management Pranayama directly works on the nervous system. Daily Pranayama positively affects autonomic nervous system which controls and governs essential functions of the body like the heart rate, respiration and blood pressure etc.

SOUL : SPIRITUAL HEALTH:– Yoga practice may also be associated with increased levels of spiritual health, a more positive outlook on life, happiness within, and lower levels of existential anxieties. the disturbed mind becomes calmer; meditation can provide a deep sense of relaxation.
